GreenLight brings together a unique community of nonprofit leaders, philanthropists, business leaders, entrepreneurs, community members, and venture capitalists; all dedicated to Cincinnati's future. If you care about building greater economic mobility, we want you to join us this November.
Rigorous career opportunities for young men of color, a teacher pipeline that's representative of our community, and increasing Kindergarten readiness collectively help build a stronger Greater Cincinnati community across workforce, education, and literacy. This is why GreenLight is working with cross-sector partners in bringing The Literacy Lab's Leading Men Fellowship to our community.
Leading Men Fellowship is unlocking potential and changing the narrative by engaging young men of color as early childhood educators who utilize an evidence-based literacy framework to support pre-kindergarten literacy.

Jeremy Hill, aka, Hilliard is an emerging Cincinnati based DJ & producer becoming known for his colorful and pop-infused EDM. A native of Middletown, Ohio, he began making music studying for his undergrad at Miami University of Ohio. After graduating and moving to Sydney, Australia, he realized that music was his passion, quit his full time job, and dedicated himself to his musical career. He joined Self Diploma in 2016, and released his debut single “Pretend” featuring Nicole Blake in 2018.
"I make music to make people happy. I think the world needs to hear my music. I think someone just like me needs encouragement on their journey to freedom. I think someone needs to know that they can become the person that they always dreamed that they could be, regardless of their circumstances. I think someone needs to know that if they just listen for the light, and believe in that light, that they will walk into their greatest life and greatest being. Music can do that for everyone. You just have to believe."
Many thanks to the funding launch partners who have ensured Leading Men Fellowship can hit the ground running in our community.
